Living Rivers Counseling PLLC is not a 24/7 crisis response center.
- If you are experiencing concerns about your personal safety, are having suicidal thoughts or intentions, or feel a desire to harm yourself or others, please go to the nearest emergency room.
- If you do not feel safe driving yourself or you cannot find transportation to the ER, please call 911. An officer will arrive to help escort you to the hospital, where you will then receive support and interventions to determine what are the next best steps to ensure your safety.
- Alexandra Rivera LPC does not offer after-hours emergency services or crisis intervention.

The hotline is staffed by live crisis counselors (not bots) who all have college education and life experience in working with child abuse, neglect, and maltreatment.
