Part of her focus as a therapist is to comprehend and work with the nuances of different backgrounds and cultural needs.
Alexandra understands firsthand the importance of representation in any space and the challenges that come with looking for the American dream. That is why Alexandra is so passionate about providing mental health services to the Hispanic/Latin and BIPOC community whether that be in English or Spanish. Personalized Approach to Counseling Philosophy
“In my practice, I place great emphasis on my clients’ unique experiences and perspectives. I believe that everyone has their own journey to self-discovery and growth, and I am here to support them every step of the way.
I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where my clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. It’s important to me that they feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly without fear of judgment.
I deeply value the connections I form with my clients and the trust they place in me. Through genuine empathy and understanding, I aim to help my clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a meaningful way.
I believe in the power of customization when it comes to therapy. Every client is unique, and I work closely with them to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, preferences, and circumstances.
I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and approaches. By integrating elements from different modalities, I strive to provide holistic and effective support tailored to each client’s specific needs.
My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to tap into their own inner resources and strengths. I see myself as a guide and ally in their journey toward self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-actualization.
In essence, my counseling philosophy revolves around building genuine connections, fostering personal growth, and providing tailored support that honors the unique experiences and needs of each individual client.”
